Creative Thinking

Creative Thinking contributes to both decision making and problem solving by enabling us to explore the available alternatives and various consequences of our actions or non-actions. It helps us to look beyond our direct experience, and even if no problem identified, or no decision making is to be made, creative thinking can help us to respond adaptively and with flexibility to the situations of our daily lives.

“Creative thinking is not a talent, it is a skill that can be learnt. It empowers people by adding strength to their natural abilities, which improves teamwork, productivity, and where appropriate, profits” Edward De Bono,
Maltese Psychologist
and Physician
